My Story

A Defining Moment

At school, I was too active, too emotional, too distracted. I thought I wasn't smart enough.

At 28, I weighed 82 kg at 1m70. I was a construction manager, marshmallow version. Stressed. Often sick. Every morning, back pain. And heavy drops of energy.

The Struggles

At 28, I got laid off. I hit rock bottom. No job, no self-worth.

One night on my balcony, my father told me: "Either you go, or you stay. But decide."

Six months later, I was in Australia. Without speaking a word of English. Terrified, but determined to live my life.

The Turning Point

At 33, hospitalized in Sydney, on morphine. The wake-up call. Change or fall apart.

Back in France, I invested in myself. Coaching, training, certifications. I rebuilt my body and my life.

Transformation

I coached my first client. 100 kg to 80 kg in 8 months. I understood, my method worked. Not just for me. For others too.

The call for adventure came back. Destination: Lisbon.

I became the go-to coach for busy entrepreneurs. The POWER UP Method was born.
