You’ve built success - but something feels off.

Your business is moving forward, but your body hasn’t kept up. Your energy is inconsistent. Your confidence and presence aren’t what they used to be.

You know you’re capable of more - but right now, your body feels like a limitation instead of an asset. You don’t need more motivation. You need alignment.

My Story

A Defining Moment

(01)

But it hasn’t always been like this.

I wasn’t always the lean and disciplined entrepreneur you see today. I used to be that dreamy kid - terrible at school, convinced I wasn’t smart. That’s why I always tried to prove I could make it. But deep down, I was scared.

I grew up in an environment that didn’t teach me to take risks. I followed the rules. I played it safe. Always with that quiet feeling of not being enough.

The Struggles

(02)

On paper, I had a bright future ahead of me. I was creative, ambitious, a decent athlete. School wasn’t my thing, but I became a site manager in construction. At 26, I took my first big trip with my brother, outside of Europe. It was supposed to make me happy — but it didn’t. Instead, I felt trapped. Trapped in a job that bored me. Trapped in a body I didn’t like. When I started working full-time, I slowly stopped doing the sports that made me feel alive. Once in a while I’d play football with friends — and every time, I paid for it for days.I remember waking up one morning unable to move, calling an osteopath friend at 8am. My body was telling me to stop. I just didn’t know how to listen yet.

My relationship with food became complicated too. I grew up with a father who was very conscious about weight. At home, we’d often hear: “Be careful with that — it’s the road to obesity.”Even though I wasn’t overweight, even with an athletic body, I started to feel guilty every time I enjoyed food. Later, my job gave me access to great restaurants — but I never truly enjoyed them.
Each bite came with that inner voice: “This isn’t good for you.” From 24 to 28, I gained 12 kilos. I wasn’t obese — but I was heavy, tired, and empty. That belly around my waist wasn’t just fat. It was everything I was holding in.Everything I no longer wanted to be.

The Turning Point

(03)

At 28, I got laid off. A few months later, I hit rock bottom - unemployed, unmotivated, with no self-confidence left.

One day, sitting on my balcony smoking and complaining about life, my father said:
“Listen. Either you go, or you stay. But make a decision.”

Six months later, I was 29, in Australia. I didn’t speak a word of English.
I was terrified of failing. But my desire to live a life that felt like mine was stronger than my fear.

Transformation

(04)

I learned English from scratch and stopped telling myself I wasn’t “enough.” I made a promise to myself: stop talking, start doing. The years that followed were powerful—and destructive. I grew, opened my mind, and dreamed bigger, but I also lost myself.

I smoked, drank, used drugs, and starved myself, terrified of gaining weight again. Until one day, everything stopped. I was hospitalized in Sydney, unable to breathe, on morphine. That’s when I understood something simple and brutal: if I don’t take care of myself, everything falls apart. I was 33.

After four years abroad, back in France, I knew it was time—time to align the man I was becoming with a body I could be proud of. I invested in online coaching, full of doubts, and quickly realized how wrong I had been: I could never have done it alone. I started building muscle, changing habits, and learning deeply, earning certifications in fitness, nutrition, and beyond. My self-esteem grew—and so did my desire to help others do the same.

The Lesson

(05)

That’s how the Power UP Method was born.

A complete system designed to help you regain control of your body, your energy, and your life — while growing your business without limits. Life isn’t linear. But with the right structure, you can adapt your body and lifestyle to every season of your life.

No more restrictions.
No more guilt.
Just freedom.

Why this approach is different

I didn’t need more discipline. I needed alignment. My body, my lifestyle, and the man I wanted to become were completely misaligned.

Extreme approaches didn’t work. Motivation didn’t last. Willpower always ran out. What changed everything was structure - built around real life, not perfection.

That’s the foundation of the Power UP Method.

The Power
UP Method

A complete approach designed to give you all the tools to take back control of your body, your energy, and your life - and to boost your performance without limits.

Power

Move better. Live pain-free.

Private coaching sessions - in the gym, at home, or online - to reconnect your body with your energy.

Build strength, muscle, and mobility without spending your life training. Eliminate pain patterns so you can work, travel, and lead without your body holding you back.

Become strong, confident, and free again — in your body and in your business.

Up

Eat better. Think better. Live freer.

Learn how to eat with pleasure - no diet, no frustration. Enjoy food without guilt while still getting results.

Learn how to manage meals while traveling, eating out, or living abroad.

Elevate your mindset so your identity matches the person you’re becoming - not the person you used to be.

Implementation

Just 4 hours a week.

A clear, sustainable structure designed for demanding lives.

Training, nutrition, and mindset integrated into one system - not three separate problems. Adapt your plan to every season of your life without losing progress.

Cardio isn’t the answer.

Pleasure makes results last.

Enjoying food doesn’t block results.
It’s what makes them sustainable.
