My Story

This is how i became Personal Trainer.

How it all began.

At 28, I made a radical change: leaving my comfortable engineering job in Paris to become a fitness coach. My travels opened me up to a new philosophy, pushing me to invest in my health. Today, at 37, I cherish being in good health, satisfied with my body, and brimming with energy.

My Approach.

Drawing on my experience, I've developed a unique method to establish a solid physical foundation through mobility work, ensuring pain-free aging. This approach, enriched by my years of practice, combines strength training with TRX and resistance bands for a lasting physical transformation, without the fear of regaining excess weight.

My Values.

I firmly believe that a long life, full of happiness and free from pain, is within our reach by adopting simple life habits. Enjoying good meals without fearing weight gain is entirely possible. Moreover, I am convinced that we can elevate and beautify ourselves at every stage of our existence by remaining fully aware of the importance of our health.
