Personal Training

I work with individuals and pairs, in-person and online, indoors or outdoors.

You’ll mainly find me at one of our beautiful green spaces but I also have access to a central Lisbon luxury gym with spa facilities should you wish to come there. Your programme will be completely individual to you and your goals. I have successfully worked with clients who want to counteract the effects of desk working, get strong, lose weight, have morning sweat sessions while they’re in the city on business and get an enjoyable fitness routine in their life.

For regular personal training clients, your programme includes:

Initial consultation to assess individual need for personal training, find out and create goals.
Hourly 1-1 sessions at a location to suit.
Progressive programme based on 12 weeks with reviews every 4-6. You are not financially committing to 12 weeks but we will be working with this commitment to your goals in mind.
TLT Black Book access; Lisbon recommendations for all things food and fitness.
Accountability shared Google sheet set up to stay on track outside of sessions.
Lifestyle review including nutrition.
Testing strength, fitness and flexibility throughout the programme for clear indicators of progress
Ability to continue online if you are travelling
